This interview features Tim Ma, Chef/Restraunteur in DC and Owner of Tim Ma Restaurant Group. 2 years ago, Tim was (and still is today) a rising star in the DC culinary scene. In this interview, he shares about his background, how he switched from being an engineer to a chef, and the early struggles of starting his restaurant business.
